Why Maple sets it up for you

Maple Screener isn't a single app you install. It's several custom pieces that all have to be connected and tested together, separately for each person:

  1. A dedicated phone number that Maple answers.
  2. Call forwarding on your own phone plan, so missed or declined calls go to Maple.
  3. The AI service that listens, talks and writes transcripts, set up with your own greeting and rules.
  4. A private online dashboard with your call history, VIPs and blocked numbers.
  5. The Maple Screener Android app, which shows calls live and lets you call yourself in.
  6. Your private login key. It's generated just for you when your screener is built, stored as a secret on the server, and then entered in the app and the dashboard to sign in. It's what keeps your calls private, so it's handled one-on-one.
